2. Live Pricing & Market Fluctuations
   Because gold is a highly volatile commodity, our website utilizes a live-pricing integration based on current market rates (MCX/Local).
   • Pricing Accuracy: While we strive to ensure all prices are accurate, technical glitches in the live-price API may occasionally occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to a system or typographical error. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
   • Final Price: The price of gold, making charges, and applicable taxes (3% GST) are calculated at the exact time of checkout. Once an order is successfully placed and paid for, the price is locked and will not be affected by subsequent market changes, except for a glitch in our system.
3. Product Weight & Manufacturing Variations
   Many of our products, particularly our Antique, Kundan, and handmade chains, are crafted by skilled artisans.
   • Weight Tolerance: The product weight mentioned on the website is approximate. The final weight of the delivered jewelry may vary slightly (usually within a +/- 0.020gm margin).
   • Price Adjustments: If the final physical weight of the dispatched item is lower than the stated website weight, we will refund the difference to your original payment method. If the weight is higher, we absorb the cost, or in cases of significant variation, we will contact you for approval before dispatch.
4. Orders & Acceptance
   • All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
   • High-Value Orders: For high-value transactions, we may require additional verification, including Government-issued ID proof (PAN Card/Aadhar Card) to comply with Indian financial regulations.
   • Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, or if the product is out of stock. Customers cannot cancel an order once the dispatch process has begun (usually within 12 hours of order placement).
5. Shipping & Delivery
   All our shipments are fully insured during transit.
   • To ensure secure delivery, the package must be received by the person named on the shipping address, and a signature/OTP may be required.
   • Unboxing Video: As stated in our Return Policy, we highly recommend recording a continuous, uncut unboxing video upon receiving your package to facilitate any transit damage or missing item claims.
6. Returns, Exchanges, and Buy-Backs

   These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.
